UCA/318Ceramics Knowledge Exchange

Earlier in the year Ashley Howard received a Knowledge Exchange Fund to collaborate with local pottery organisation 318Ceramics. Key to the project is the Crafts Study Centre. Two groups of students from 318Ceramics had a special tour and handling session provided by Dr Stephen Knott director of the Crafts Study Centre. It is intended that synchronicities are explored between the 1st year UCA BA and 318’s curriculums. Other activities will be included. An exhibition of works between the two partners is planned for Easter 2025
