Frantic Peace: off to the British embassy, Tokyo

January 2018: Frantic Peace is one of three Ashley Howard pots to be bought by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office for the British embassy in Tokyo. Frantic Peace was thrown on the potter’s wheel before gently altering while soft. Specific surface techniques have been developed to draw, brush, collage and print with transfers and enamels.
